POOL

This course is the first program ever around the world that envisages the exclusive Indoor training, which is to say a training in the swimming pool. It was created in 2012 especially for those who approach the freediving world for the first time wanting to practise it in a simple way. With just a few lessons you’ll receive the basic freediving notions.

This course consists of about 12 hours of teaching splitted among lessons in the swimming pool, theory lessons and the ones over breathing techniques.

BASIC

This course will provide you with the appropriate knowledge and training in order to safely breath-held dive with a companion in the pool and in an enclosed basin at a maximum depth of 5 meters.

Minimum age: 10 years
