The Lovers’ Path

The peculiarity of this dive is the abundance of fish: moors, banks of salemas and breams and clouds of damselfish accompany the divers during this dive giving the idea of being in an aquarium.

Peschiera’s Shoal

(C zone)

We’ll dive from the ground and, heading towards the open sea, we’ll meet some boulders that form a small canyon. Continuing through the canyon we’ll get to the landslide, which constitutes the outer dam of the port of Riomaggiore, that we’ll line leaving it on our left until we reach a rocky formation that is the Peschiera’s Shoal. We’ll cruise around the shoal and, by getting up a few meters, we’ll walk back towards the ground. It’s a very simple immersion but rich in encounters: groupers, brown meagres and migratory fish too.
